Congratulations to our client Network Space Developments, whose Tunstall Arrow scheme on the outskirts of Stoke-on-Trent scooped the Regeneration Project of the Year accolade at the 2019 Insider West Midlands Property Awards!
We are delighted to be part of the team working on the redevelopment of the former colliery site in conjunction with Stoke-on-Trent City Council. On phase one, an £11million speculative industrial development, we acted as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor on the main works and Building Surveyor (quality inspection) for specific tenant fit out works.
Tunstall Arrow won the day against stiff competition from high profile Birmingham schemes including Birmingham Wholesale Market, the new HSBC UK corporate HQ, the Old Gym at the University of Birmingham and Port Loop, as well as Ironbridge Power Station.
The 2019 West Midlands Property Awards were held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on November 7 and hosted by Insider. The UK’s most successful regional B2B media company, Insider publishes five regional magazines and hosts around 140 market-leading events in all regions outside London.
As well as landmark projects, the Insider West Midlands Property Awards celebrated architecture practices, commercial developers and housebuilders across the region.
