Description:

Park House Teddington was undertaken as a mixed use scheme to convert existing offices and adjoining land into a hotel and residential apartments.

 

The land sited a existing building originally a recording studio, this was demolished prior to development of 9 residential apartments and a A3 unit.

 

The apartments have been constructed and fitted to a high specification and incorporate several environmentally sustainable features including a sedum roof and Combined Heat and Power (CHP) system.

 

The Scheme achieved a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ environmental rating.¬† The apartments have a energy efficient rating of B (84) giving them a low running cost, and a low Environmental Impact CO2 rating of B (87).
