Wakemans have provided Contract Administrator and Building Surveying services for the Sixth Form College, Solihull.
Wolverhampton Girls High School
Wakemans were employed on this project as Quantity Surveyors and assisted the school to develop a cost efficient solution to providing additional facilities at the school in order to satisfy the growing demand for places.
Bewdley School, New Science Block
Wakemans provided Quantity Surveying Services on this £2.8 m new build Science Block for Worcestershire County Council.
New Three Storey Teaching Block – Joseph Leckie Academy
Wakemans were retained on this project in the role Quantity Surveyor by the Joseph Leckie Academy Trust. This new build development provides new community and teaching accommodation over three floors.
Warwickshire College, Rugby
Wakemans were employed on this £19.3m project as Employer’s Agents, Cost Consultants and Wakeman Harris were
employed as CDM Co-ordinators to provide new facilities for Warwickshire College located in Rugby.
