Wakemans have experience of delivering a range of projects in the Healthcare and Public sectors.
Our Healthcare projects have included new build developments to accommodate GP group practices, clinical facilities, Dentists and Pharmacies, as well as smaller adaptation projects to accommodate dentists and specialist NHS out-patient units. Previously, we were appointed on an NHS framework, covering a range of projects including adaptation schemes within working hospitals and specialist facilities for renal dialysis.
Our range of experience in the public sector has included the extensive refurbishment of an existing building to become the UK Supreme Court and a range of work on behalf of local councils. In particular our Caernarfon office works on behalf of a number of North Wales councils including: Gwynedd BC and the Isle of Anglesey BC.
