Tom Hastings is an Associate Director at Wakemans, with expertise in project management and building surveying, and is qualified to fulfil the role of Principal Designer under the CDM 2015 regulations. He is a Certified Member of the Association for Project Safety (APS) and also provides specialist Party Wall advice as a member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Society.
Focusing on residential development, Tom’s project portfolio ranges from modest £30,000 domestic extensions to £2.5 million planned maintenance schemes. He has also led multi-million-pound new-build residential developments for both public and private sector clients.
