Meon Vale, one of the developments within this wider area, is a 1,350-home mixed-tenure scheme spread across 220 hectares. A shared access road, a strategic Greenway and local shops tie the whole area together, and Wakemans has played a direct role in bringing these to life.

The project enhanced office and warehouse spaces while ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing throughout, alongside improvements to external infrastructure including parking, service yard alterations, and a new gatehouse.

Travelodge Bermondsey is a modern, sustainably designed hotel development, with Wakemans playing a key role as Tenant's Agent in delivering engineering solutions and supporting the project’s successful integration alongside complex railway infrastructure.

The Travelodge London Docklands scheme involved the delivery of a modern hotel within a highly constrained, urban environment. Acting on behalf of the tenant, Wakemans provided strategic oversight to ensure the project was delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with operational requirements.

Indurent Park, Gloucester is a multi-phase industrial and logistics development combining greenfield expansion with the regeneration of the former Quedgeley East Trading Estate. The scheme delivers high-quality, sustainable units alongside enhanced occupier amenities, creating a modern and future-ready business environment.

New Cat B offices, showroom and car parking to be occupied by Sandvik Coromant a global company supplying tooling solutions to the world’s engineering industries.

A major public project in Longbridge, transforming part of the former MG Rover plant. It's now a green community space, with walking routes, road links, play areas, and riverside landscapes.

A five-phase regeneration at River Derwent Business Park. The 50-acre site includes 10 industrial units and an 887-space multistorey car park, all delivered alongside live business operations.

A high-specification sorting facility for Amazon. The site includes extensive warehousing, office space, and infrastructure, with a further £25m of enhancements added post-occupation.

A £30 million distribution centre for Pets at Home, completed in September 2022. The facility supports 800+ jobs and features EV charging, cycle routes, and future-ready infrastructure.
