The Caernarfon office works on a range of refurbishment, extension and new build projects. In addition to its commercial Client base, our Caernarfon office has a strong public sector presence, working with local Councils and Housing Associations. The office is managed by Dylan Morris, Divisional Director.

Our Services
In addition to Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Building Surveying (including Party Wall matters) as well as CDM Consultancy and Principal Designer services, the team also provide AutoCAD design and planning support. This covers new-build extensions for both domestic and commercial properties, as well as renovation, refurbishment, environmental, and landscaping schemes.
The team are also specialists in sustainability and are qualified Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors.
