St Modwen Park Broomhall is a multi-phased industrial and logistics development.  Wakemans have assisted the development team to successfully complete the first two phases of the scheme with a further third phase which has received planning consent (June 2023).

St Modwen Park, Gloucester is a multi phased industrial and logistics development located on a 58 acre site. the fourth phase of the development has been completed and tenant’s include global water treatment and magnetic filtration manufacturer ADEY, multi-channel cookware retailer ProCook. and Gardiner Brothers & Leather Co.

This project involved the development of a new, purpose-built facility for Stovax solid fuel and Gazco gas and electric located at Skypark, Exeter

This phase of the Portside scheme comprised of three warehouse/industrial units totalling 145,000ft². 

Wakemans were appointed on this project as Employer’s Agent, Cost Consultant and CDM Advisor, providing a new office and production facility at for Moog Controls Ltd, a leading designer, manufacturer, and integrator of precision control components.

£3m project involving the construction of a 41,000 ft² industrial / warehouse unit. The scheme also included the development of a new access road and preliminary ground work in preparation for Unit 3 the second phase of the scheme.

Bromsgrove Technology Park is a £1.8m multi phased development, this phase of the development involved the construction of three industrial blocks totalling 35,550 ft² GIA, known as Sapphire Court.
