Description:

Wakemans were employed as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and CDM Consultant on this £3m project involving the construction of a 41,000 ft² industrial / warehouse unit. The scheme also included the development of a new access road and preliminary ground work in preparation for Unit 3 the second phase of the scheme.

The Units form a part of the £22m Gateway 12 development located on Waterwells Business Park in Gloucestershire.

Unit 2 is a two storey building with 40,913 ft² industrial / warehouse space with a 8m clear internal height and office accommodation that can be tailored to occupier’s requirements.
