Phase 4 – This final phase of the project includes the construction of unit T118 which has a 111,250 ft² warehouse with associated offices covering 7,500 ft².
The accommodation offers 10 dock level loading doors and parking for 110 cars.
As a testament to the strength of the logistics market, the unit is being built speculatively.
