Project overview
We carried out a detailed condition survey of an industrial premises in Bristol, home to a trading Tesla car showroom, on behalf of AC Lloyd.
Acting as part of their due diligence ahead of acquisition, our team inspected all major building elements, including the roof (using drone technology), external cladding, wall construction, internal and external finishes, mechanical and electrical installations, and the surrounding external areas.
The survey provided AC Lloyd with a clear understanding of the building’s condition, highlighting areas of concern and giving them the confidence to proceed with an informed decision.
