Wakemans were engaged on this £30m development to provide a new state of the art distribution centre at Stafford North Business Park for Pets at Home. 

St Modwen Park, Gloucester is a multi phased industrial and logistics development located on a 58 acre site. the fourth phase of the development has been completed and tenant’s include global water treatment and magnetic filtration manufacturer ADEY, multi-channel cookware retailer ProCook. and Gardiner Brothers & Leather Co.

This final phase of the project includes the construction of unit T118 which has a 111,250 ft² warehouse with associated offices covering 7,500 ft².

Phase 3 – of the Tamworth logistics park development comprises of a further three units, two of which are 46,000ft², with the third being 63,000ft². 

This build provided a single 321,000ft2 unit with enhanced facilities throughout to suit the needs of a major logistics tenant.

Three high specification units ranging in size from 12,375ft2 to 49,000ft2, providing occupiers with first floor open plan offices with suspended ceilings and raised access floors, dedicated yards and parking. In total this phase offered distribution and office space totalling up to 89,375 ft2.

This phase of the Portside scheme comprised of three warehouse/industrial units totalling 145,000ft². 

Wakemans are employed as Employers Agents and CDM Advisors on this development to construct a large logistics/distribution warehouse for a prominent online retailer at Redditch Eastern Gateway. 

This 117,400 ft² development has provided Bidvest* with a new multi-temperature food storage, integral head office and regional distribution centre.

Wakemans were retained on this project as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyors and BREEAM Advisors by REID Lifting a global company that specializes in the design and supply of lightweight portable gantry and davit cranes.
