Description:

Phase 3 – of the Tamworth logistics park development comprises of a further three units, two of which are 46,000ft², with the third being 63,000ft².

The development has a trim trail with fitness equipment running around the periphery of the site, this is adjacent to the park and benefits the local community and the park’s tenants (shown in the areal picture below).
