Indurent Park, Gloucester

Delivering Sustainable Industrial Regeneration

Project overview

Indurent Park, Gloucester is a modern industrial and logistics development that reflects a strategic approach to both expansion and regeneration. Delivered across six phases, the scheme combines four initial phases of greenfield development with two later phases focused on brownfield redevelopment, including the remediation of the former Quedgeley East Trading Estate.

The early greenfield phases established the core infrastructure and layout of the park, delivering high-quality industrial units designed to meet modern occupier needs. These phases set the standard for the development in terms of build quality, efficiency, and environmental performance.

The final phases introduced the complexity of brownfield regeneration, with careful remediation enabling previously developed land to be brought back into productive use. This approach demonstrates a commitment to sustainable land use while expanding the overall capacity of the site.

A key feature of Indurent Park is its emphasis on occupier wellbeing and the external environment. The development includes extensive landscaped areas, incorporating over 1,500 metres of Breedon trim-trail. This enhances the visual appeal of the park while providing a valuable recreational amenity for those working on site. Estate-wide CCTV systems further support a safe and well-managed environment.

Sustainability is central to the scheme, with the final phase delivering photovoltaic installations in line with the Indurent Solar Strategy. With a total capacity of 959 kWp, the system supports renewable energy generation and reduces carbon impact. All units achieve BREEAM ratings of “Very Good” or “Excellent”, reinforcing the development’s strong environmental credentials.
